        Modify Billing Transactions
        To modify a transaction in the billing ledger:
        
            - Click Billing >Maintenance 
	 to access the Student Billing Ledger or Billing 
	 >NS Billing Ledger to access the Non-Student Billing Ledger.
 
            - Double-click the transaction to be modified. This 
	 action will open the detail entry form.
 
            - Make necessary changes. Note however that certain 
	 fields cannot be altered at this point (Term if the transaction came 
	 from a transfer process, Transaction Type, TransDoc, Transaction Date, 
	 and Amount). Should any of this information need to be corrected, 
	 the transaction will have to be voided and a new transaction created.
 
            - Click Update 
	 to save changes.
 
        
        Note: If Disable 
 All Ledger Edits has been enabled in CAMS Configuration, modifications 
 to existing transactions in the Student and Non-Student Ledgers  may 
 not be done. Transactions may still be added or voided.
