FISAP Report

Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate (FISAP)

FISAP is an institutional application for Title IV campus-based funds for the upcoming award year, and an annual report of the school's financial and enrollment activity for the previous award year. Schools submit the FISAP electronically.

  1. From the CAMS Enterprise Home page, click Financial Aid >Report >FISAP. The FISAP Reports page opens.
  2. Select the Academic Year or Term Range and the report type, FISAP Detail Report, FISAP Summary Report or Expenditures - Summary (by Academic Year only).
  3. Select Include Withdrawn Students to include all students who have received awards in the selected range. If Include Withdrawn Students is NOT checked, CAMS will exclude students who have received awards in an academic year, who have withdrawn from, or dropped, all classes in any term in that academic year.
  4. Selecting Expenditures Summary report will display additional fields, FWS, FSEOG, and Federal Perkins Loan.

Note: Students who have awards but did not enroll in any classes will be included, regardless of whether the include withdrawn is checked. Prior to running the Expenditures Summary report, ensure that all awards for students not enrolled are either deleted or zeroed out. The Financial Aid No Show Remove functionality can be used to do this automatically.

  1. Select the appropriate awards from the drop-down lists for the Expenditures - Summary report.
  2. Click Print.

Note: The ISIR record used for reportable students will be the latest ISIR for all Financial Aid Years that may be in the student's Academic Year. The latest ISIR is determined by Transaction Number (highest), or the latest ISIR manually created, from all active ISIR records. If no active ISIR records exist in any Financial Aid Year within the Academic Year, the latest inactive ISIR record will be used.
